Section 01 — General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products including strip lashes, lash extensions, primer, bonder, lash adhesive, and lash accessories (collectively "Products"). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 02 — Products & Descriptions

We take great care to represent our products accurately. However, please note the following:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
• Strip lashes are designed for single or limited use. Longevity depends on care and application method.
• Lash extensions (if applicable) are professional-grade products intended for use by trained technicians or experienced individuals.
• Primers, bonders, and lash adhesives are chemical formulations. Always perform a patch test 24–48 hours before use to check for sensitivities or allergic reactions.
• Lash accessories (tweezers, applicators, etc.) are designed for cosmetic use only.

⚠ Our adhesives and chemical products contain ingredients that may cause irritation. Do not use near open wounds, broken skin, or if you have known sensitivities to cyanoacrylate-based formulas.

Section 03 — Health, Safety & Allergy Disclaimer

Your safety is our priority. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Always perform a patch test prior to first use of any adhesive, primer, or bonder.
• Keep all products away from eyes during application. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.
• Our products are not suitable for use on irritated, inflamed, or broken skin.
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow application instructions or from pre-existing allergies or skin conditions.
• Consult a healthcare professional if you experience any unusual reaction after using our products.
• Keep all products out of reach of children.

We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list for each product before purchase.

Section 04 — Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Prices are listed in KES and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept payment via M-Pesa, Visa and Mastercard through Pesapal.
• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
• We are not responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees applied by your payment provider.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation on the website once your order is placed. An order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability.

Section 05 — Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the courier.
• If your order is lost, please contact us so we can assist with the courier investigation.
