We ship Kenya-wide via HQ Pickup (free), Mtaani Pickup, Matatu Delivery, and Uber Boda. International orders are shipped via DHL with rates confirmed before dispatch.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your unique order number for tracking.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened lash products, adhesives or cleansers. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we will make it right.

All payments are processed securely via PesaPal. We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard and Airtel Money. We never store your card details on our servers.

For optimal performance store adhesive in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep bottle tightly sealed after every use. Shake thoroughly before use. Use within recommended period after opening.

Lash adhesive performance may vary depending on humidity, temperature, application technique and storage conditions. NK Lashes is not responsible for retention issues resulting from improper storage, incorrect use or unsuitable environmental conditions. A patch test is recommended before use.

Strip Lash Glue: discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

Lash Extensions and Strip Lashes: handle lashes gently. Store in original packaging when not in use. Avoid excessive oil, heat or moisture exposure.

Lash Shampoo, Primer and Bonder: avoid direct contact with eyes. Keep products tightly closed after use.

NK Lashes is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation or sensitivities. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Some NK Lashes products — especially lash extension adhesives — are intended for trained lash technicians.
